这里的welcome在这句话中是一个形容词，表示的意思是“受欢迎的”，后面常加的是不定式。比如：
You are welcome to do anything you like.
Welcome to Beijing.
welcome这个词也可以是名词。比如：
They received a cold welcome when they arrived.
同样welcome也可以作为一个及物动词，但后面不加不定式，而且过去式和过去分词都是welcomed。比如：
All the students welcomed the visiting friends at the school gate.
12. In my opinion, we should buy the IBM PC 586. 依我看来，我们应该买IBM PC 586。
这里的情态动词should表示的意思是“应该”，通常用在表示建议的句子中。比如：

We haven’t decided what to do next.
I don’t know how to write in English.
